This role is for the Operations team working with the Commercial Excellence team and it's subdivision MIS. The ideal candidate is a proactive, customer centered and easy to communicate. You will be responsible for handling data requests within inter departments, you will directly be communicating with the field force as well as management of the company. For this post, we require the person to be strong in analytical thinking.

The following are the details:

Skills Required:

• Must be SUPER strong in Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of Sales Force Automation (SFA) is highly preferred.
• Must have experience working with performance tracking reports.
• Should be able to handle large data and manipulate accordingly for providing high level reports.
• Should have a skillset in data visualization (Grouping, Headings, Organizing, Coloring etc.) within MS Excel or any relevant utility.
• Must have customer first attitude
• Must be Solution Oriented

Qualifications

• Graduate with ANY relevant degree (No Preference on this one, the experience will be preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (Pharma Sector Preferred)
