The candidate chosen for this position will be responsible for growing the company's clientele while meeting the needs of current clients; creating and implementing sales strategies; evaluating sales activities in relation to predetermined goals; assisting in the creation of a long-term, sustainable business model by cultivating long-term strategic partnerships with clients through top-notch customer service; and Additionally, he (or she) will be in charge of growing new business opportunities, making sure all "soft" KPIs (calls and meetings) of the team are met, achieving the monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets, managing and coaching the designated team, and ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed.ss
