Objectives of this Role:

The Job holder will be responsible for identifying and securing new projects, building strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth. The employee will be using his/her expertise to analyze market trends, negotiate deals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

What is your Role?

- Identifying and acquiring new real estate projects for the company

- Conducting market research to identify potential project opportunities

- Building and maintaining relationships with property owners and developers

- Negotiating and finalizing deals for project acquisitions

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution

- Staying updated with industry trends and market conditions

- Contributing to the development of business strategies for project acquisition

- Meeting or exceeding sales targets for project acquisitions
