We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as the Manager Programs at our office in Sukkur, Sindh.

Position: Manager Programs

Location: Sukkur, Sindh

Responsibilities:

As the Manager Programs, you will be responsible for leading the program development and implementation efforts at Pahel Pakistan. Your key responsibilities will include:

· Developing comprehensive program strategies and plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

· Collaborating with stakeholders to identify program priorities and design interventions that address community needs effectively.

· Leading a team of program officers and coordinators to ensure efficient execution of program activities.

· Conducting thorough research and analysis to inform program design and development, including the identification of best practices and innovative approaches.

· Overseeing the monitoring and evaluation of program activities to ensure quality, impact, and alignment with organizational goals.

· Managing program budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful implementation and delivery of programs.

· Establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, community organizations, and other stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness and sustainability.

· Providing guidance and support to program staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

· Preparing regular progress reports, impact assessments, and other program-related documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

· Staying updated with emerging trends, policies, and practices in program development and management to ensure Pahel Pakistan's programs remain innovative and impactful.

Qualifications and Requirements:

· To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

· A master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Development Studies, Social Sciences, Business Administration).
