Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee daily production processes of confectionery products, ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

• Collaborate with R&D teams to develop new recipes and enhance existing product lines.

Requirements:

• Education: MSc or equivalent degree in Food Technology.
• Experience: 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in confectionery production, with a strong focus on candies and toffees.
• Skills: Strong production planning expertise, process optimization knowledge, and team leadership abilities.
