Hafsa Rasheed is hiring for a Manager PD at Yunus Textile in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development, team leadership, and project management within the textile industry.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Ensure that all development deadlines are consistently met.
✅ Provide proactive support to the team to resolve challenges during the development process.
✅ Oversee and ensure daily updates of all development tools.
✅ Maintain timely and effective communication within the team.
✅ Lead the specifications preparation for confirmed programs.
✅ Ensure smooth sharing of developments across the team.
✅ Identify, communicate, and manage risks associated with each product.
✅ Obtain necessary documentation from the team within set timelines.
✅ Oversee seamless transition with the Execution team to meet deadlines.
✅ Verify that all submitted documents align with approved samples.
✅ Manage the approval process for each development within a month of vendor confirmation.
✅ Plan and execute outdoor activities with suppliers, considering lead times.
✅ Supervise and follow up on accessories procurement with the purchasing department.

Qualifications & Experience:

✔️ Graduation/Master’s degree in a relevant field.
✔️ Minimum 6 years of experience in Product Development.
✔️ Strong leadership and communication skills.
✔️ Expertise in development processes, project management, and risk assessment.
