The ideal candidate should have strong experience in insurance sales, business development, and channel management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Channel Management: Monitor, optimize, and expand active sales channels.
• Sales Enablement: Provide training and support to the execution team for better understanding of insurance products and strategies.
• Performance Excellence: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets to drive revenue growth.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with regional and area-level management to implement effective sales strategies.
• Marketing Initiatives: Design and execute targeted marketing activities to generate leads and drive business.
• Direct Sales: Conduct direct sales to individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients.
• Problem Resolution: Resolve interdepartmental and external partner issues efficiently.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of proven experience in insurance sales and business development.
• Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
