We are hiring a Manager – ESG to lead sustainability initiatives, ensure compliance, and drive impactful projects at Yunus Textile Mills Limited.

Location: Landhi, Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Lead and guide the team, improving performance and fostering growth.
✔️ Develop and implement sustainability strategies and plans.
✔️ Enhance sustainability projects and manage customer portals.
✔️ Track and advance KPIs across sustainability pillars (Energy, Climate, Water, Waste, etc.).
✔️ Represent YTML in external forums (Net Zero, WWF, etc.) and collaborate with NGOs and academia.
✔️ Facilitate auditors, customers, and third parties in the sustainability domain.
✔️ Conduct internal and external capacity-building training.
✔️ Develop policies, improve SOPs, and prepare customized presentations.
✔️ Prepare and present the company’s Sustainability Report.
✔️ Identify gaps, evaluate new initiatives, and expand current projects.
✔️ Ensure adherence to environmental compliance regulations and empower suppliers.
✔️ Optimize costs and drive certification processes.

What We’re Looking For:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Experience: Minimum 6 years in sustainability or ESG-related roles.
