With a B2C subscription base of over 6 million customers and an extensive B2B network, Jazz Mosafir is Pakistan's pioneering travel tech platform with a mission to empower all aspects of travel and tourism in the country. We aim to bridge gaps within the industry and foster sustainable tourism growth by utilizing technology, dedicated personnel, and collaborative partnerships.
Requirements:
- Coordinate with Cross-functional teams; manage timeline and tracking issues.
- Must have strong project management skills and use of management tools.
- Work with a variety of relational and NoSQL databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Experience in Integration / API Architecture: JSON, REST, SOAP, XML.
- Knowledge of latest technologies at like WSO2 API Manager, WSO2 stream processor, Event message queue (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and architecture to support API lifecycle, publishing, caching and throttling features.
- Strong knowledge of the business processes, technology architecture & design of BSS systems (CRM, middleware, product catalogue, charging and billing platform).
- Participate in technical design, development, troubleshooting and enhancements of Mobile and Web Applications, when required.
- Defining project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Managing all the activities of the software development team and setting goals for each team member to ensure timely project delivery.
- Providing guidance to the team and ensuring they adhere to development standards.
- Ensuring adherence to software development methodologies and best practices.
- Anticipate and manage issues and risks.
- Conducting performance evaluations and career development discussions.
- Identifying training and skill development needs for the team.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong technology orientated to provide, review, and evaluate design alternatives.
- Proactive planner with ability to see cross-functional planning gaps.
- Solid performer and with cross-functional credibility.
Qualification:
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
- Professional certification such as PMP and TELCO experience is a plus
Experience:
- 5-6 years of extensive experience in multiple technologies.
- Hands on experience in developing/programming NodeJS, Python, PHP.
