Premier Insurance Limited, a leading insurer in Pakistan, is seeking an experienced Manager Corporate Finance to join its team in Karachi. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate financial reporting, audit compliance, and internal financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and finalize quarterly and annual financial statements for both Conventional and Takaful businesses
✔ Management Accounts: Oversee the preparation and finalization of management accounts, ensuring compliance with financial regulations
✔ Board Reporting: Prepare board papers and financial workings for presentations to the board, ensuring clarity and transparency
✔ Audit Coordination: Lead external audit coordination for half-yearly and annual audits, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
✔ Schedule Finalization: Finalize key financial schedules related to investments, solvency, fixed assets, intra-company settlements, SBP, IAP & SECP returns
✔ Internal Controls: Establish and implement effective internal financial controls to ensure compliance with company policies
✔ Reconciliation & Adjustments: Oversee the reconciliation, investigation, correction, and adjustment of books of accounts
✔ Routine Financial Supervision: Supervise day-to-day financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial data and compliance with internal controls

Qualifications & Requirements:

📌 CA/ICMA/CIMA/ACCA or a Master’s degree in Finance (or equivalent qualification) preferred
📌 Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior Finance & Accounts role within an Insurance Company
📌 Strong knowledge of financial reporting, audit procedures, and regulatory compliance
📌 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
📌 Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite
