Description:
• Develop and implement corporate communication strategies to maintain a positivepublic image and reputation for the bank managing all external communications including press releases, media relations, and crisis communication.
• Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
• Coordination with different departments and stakeholders is essential to collect data for communication needs to manage social media platforms and online communication channels to engage with the bank's audience.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on the bank's media presence and reputation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and community organizations.
• Manage social media platforms and online communication channels to engage with the bank's audience.
• Planning and execution of corporate events and public relations activities.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in corporate communication.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or arelated field.
•Proven work experience in corporate communication, public relations, or a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial industry.
• Strong understanding of media relations and crisis communication strategies.
•Experience in managing social media platforms and digital communication channels.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
•Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools for communication and media monitoring.
