Key Responsibilities:

📋 Audit Planning & Execution:

• Conduct comprehensive audits of business processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Assess internal controls and verify adherence to company policies.

📊 Report Preparation & Risk Analysis:

• Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting key findings, risks, and recommendations.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and discrepancies in operations and propose corrective actions.

🔍 ERP Report Review & Data Accuracy:

• Analyze ERP-generated reports, identify irregularities, and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with different departments to implement audit improvements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Education:

• MBA/MHRM/MCom (Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field).

✅ Experience:

• 5 to 7 years of relevant audit and compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes, risk assessment, and internal controls.

✅ Skills:

• Expertise in auditing procedures and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and audit tools.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
