Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead After-Sales Service Department: Oversee equipment commissioning, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless execution.
✔ Service Strategy Development: Develop and implement service improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and customer retention.
✔ Team Management & Training: Train and manage service teams to maintain high performance and technical proficiency.
✔ Customer Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues while ensuring compliance with company standards.
✔ Service Performance Monitoring: Analyze service metrics to drive continuous process improvement.
✔ Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong customer relationships to promote repeat business and brand loyalty.
✔ Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with sales and manufacturing teams to provide technical insights and customer feedback.

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
✔ 4-5 years of experience in Operations, Maintenance, or After-Sales Service, preferably in the machinery or manufacturing industry.
✔ Strong customer service and communication skills.
✔ Experience in managing after-sales service operations.
✔ Ability to resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
✔ Team management and coordination skills.
✔ Knowledge of service improvement strategies.
✔ Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
