Manager Administration

 

Description:

A leading hospital is looking for an experienced and proactive Manager Administration to oversee daily administrative operations. The successful candidate will ensure operational efficiency, compliance with regulatory standards, and high patient satisfaction by managing hospital support services, supervising administrative staff, and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee hospital support services, including housekeeping, security, transport, and maintenance.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and operational efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with hospital accreditation standards (JCI, ISO) and other regulatory requirements.

  • Supervise and manage administrative staff, fostering a productive and disciplined work environment.

  • Coordinate with medical, nursing, and operational teams to ensure seamless hospital functions.

  • Monitor and evaluate service performance, implementing improvements where necessary.

  • Utilize MS Office and Hospital Management Systems (HMS) for reporting and administrative tasks.

  • Handle patient relations and address complaints effectively to enhance patient satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Public Administration (MPA) from a reputable institution (IBA & LUMS graduates preferred).

  • 5–7 years of experience in hospital administration, patient relations, or service quality management.

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to hospital administration.

  • Knowledge of hospital accreditation standards such as JCI and ISO.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Hospital Management Systems (HMS).
