Position Summary:

TKS Network is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Manager Academics for Classes PG to Five. The role will be based at our Head Office in Lahore and will involve providing academic support and guidance to our franchisee schools across Pakistan. The Manager Academics will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the educational standards of our network, ensuring the delivery of a well-rounded and comprehensive curriculum.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement academic strategies, policies, and procedures in line with the organization's educational philosophy and goals.
2. Collaborate with franchisee schools to ensure the effective implementation of the curriculum, teaching methodologies, and assessment practices.
3. Provide guidance and support to school principals and academic coordinators on instructional methods, pedagogy, and curriculum planning.
4. Conduct regular school visits to assess teaching quality, student engagement, and overall academic performance.
5. Offer professional development opportunities, workshops, and training sessions to enhance the teaching skills and subject knowledge of teachers.
6. Conduct periodic evaluations of teachers to identify areas for improvement and recognize outstanding performance.
7. Collaborate with the Research and Development team to review and update the curriculum, incorporating the latest educational trends and best practices.
8. Monitor student progress and academic achievement across the network, analyzing data and implementing interventions where necessary.
9. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating regular meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions among school staff.
10. Stay updated with emerging educational technologies and innovative teaching practices, recommending their integration into the network's academic programs.
11. Act as a liaison between the Head Office and franchisee schools, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of academic-related issues.
12. Assist in the recruitment and selection of teaching staff for franchisee schools, ensuring the hiring of competent and qualified educators.
13. Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop promotional materials and showcase academic achievements and innovations within the network.
14. Monitor compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements, working closely with school principals to maintain standards.
