Role And Responsibilities
 

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs across the organization
  • Design and develop comprehensive training programs, including onboarding, technical skills, leadership development, and soft skills training
  • Work with experts to ensure accurate and relevant content.
  • Design courses, career plans, workshops, TED Talks, and other best practices into everyday life of our engineers
  • Maintain budgets and relationships with vendors consultants and 3rd party training providers.
  • Develop methodologies to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
  • Keep track of employee progress and provide ongoing support and guidance.
     

Requirements
 

  • A Masters or PhD in HR, Psychology, OD or Social Sciences. Prefer to have US/UK education with a strong research-based approach to problem solving
  • 5+ years of overall experience, with 3+ years focused on L&D and OD
  • Project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple initiatives
  • Data analysis and report building capabilities
  • Well-experience in managing people, and budgets, building relationships with external suppliers, management, development, and talent training.
