Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rawalpindi. As Manager (Mechanical), you will oversee mechanical systems and operations for large-scale housing and community development projects in DHAI-R, along with managing mechanical teams based on project locations. Your responsibilities will include ensuring effective coordination and communication across multiple sites to ensure seamless execution of mechanical aspects throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on project management within the housing and community development sector.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, codes, and regulations relevant to housing and community development projects.
• Ability to lead and supervise a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians effectively, ensuring compliance with project timelines and quality standards.
