Description:

This is a contract on-site role located in Karāchi for a Manager, Education Services at AASA Consulting. The Manager, Education Services will be responsible for managing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of education programs in collaboration with clients, teams, and stakeholders. They will oversee the activities of a team of trainers, assessors, and program coordinators, ensuring the effective delivery of educational services and programs. The Manager, Education Services will also engage with clients and stakeholders to seek out new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Social Sciences, Public Policy or a related field
• At least 8 - 10 years of experience in managing education programs or services, preferably in the public sector
• Experience in designing and implementing a variety of educational programs such as evaluation, assessment, training, and development
• Strong skills in project management and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in relevant software applications
• Fluency in English and Urdu
