Description:
Responsible for:
1. Responsible to monitor & control all related activities of Human Reources (Spinning & Weaving).
2- Oversee the development & implementation of policies & procedures to ensure legal compliance & best practices.
3- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction & retention.
4- Lead & manage all aspects of HR operations, performance management,
employee relations, recruitment, compensation & benefits and compliance.
5- Develop & implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goal &
objectives.
6- Responsible to maintain discipline & compliance of all company policies/
rules & regulations.
7- Responsible to look after all Govt. Departments related affairs like Social
Security, EOBI, Worker Welfare, Police etc.
8. Preparing reports on employee tumover, attendance issues & providing
recommendations to overcome challenges to Director HR.
Core Expertise:
1- Strong knowledge of Recruitment marketing tools, processes and strategies.
2. Well knowledge of compensation & benefits of the employees.
3- Well knowledge of Labor laws & disciplinary action procedures.
4- Ability to work in a fast-paced envimment & manage multiple prioroties
effectively.
Qualification:
MBA/MPA specialization in HR
Experience:
08-10 years of experience in relevant field
