Description:

Pakistan Stock Exchange is the only Stock Exchange of Pakistan, having its TRE Certificate Holders in Karachi,

Lahore and Islamabad. PSX's mission is to contribute to the economic development of Pakistan by providing

a fair, transparent, and efficient marketplace to facilitate capital formation for the benefit of investors, issuers and all

stakeholders. In order to support its mission critical operations, PSX has implemented state of the art technology infrastructure

and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Listing of Equity securities (Main Board, GEM Board and Direct Listing Board), Debt securities (Publicly Issued and Privately

Placed), Open-end funds and Exchange traded funds. This would entail:

Ensuring that the listing applicant/Consultant to the Issue has submitted all information/documents in line with

the requirements of applicable regulatory framework.

Preparing draft working papers for the Listing Committee.

Ensuring a listing applicant complies with all regulatory formalities after SECP approval of the Prospectus.

Ensuring a listing applicant complies with all regulatory formalities after Book Building.

Ensuring a listing applicant complies with all regulatory formalities after Public Subscription.

Voluntary Delisting.

. Maintenance of PRIDE portal and liaising with IT for any issues/developments.

Completion of all PSX's E-IPO portal related documentation and coordination with 1Link, NIFT, IT and the CTI. Ensuring

timely refunds, reconciliation, handling all queries, investor's complaint resolution and reporting results to higher

management/SECP.

. Identifying impediments in the regulatory framework governing listings, and proposing amendments to close the gap with

international best practices.

Recommending avenues and drafting proposals for viable augmentation from a commercial perspective.

Leading, assisting and proposing automation related projects of the department.

Any other task assigned by the HOD.

Required Skills:

PSX

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Well versed in report writing, presentations, financial analyses and financial modeling

Command over MS Power Point, MS Excel and MS Word

Fine attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and a strong work ethic

Preferred Experience, Education and Certifications

• 5 years of experience in the finance field especially Investment Banking

Master's Degree preferably in Finance from a reputable institute, an ACCA or ICMA

Relevant trainings, knowledge and certifications will be an added advantage.
