Key Responsibilities:
Training & Development: Participate in a structured program to learn about business operations.
Project Management: Assist in day-to-day operations and project coordination across departments.
Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
Cross-Department Exposure: Rotate across departments to gain hands-on experience and enhance communication skills.
Leadership Development: Collaborate with senior management to tackle leadership challenges.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
