Description:
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual reports for management review meetings.
- Organize and host meetings, including taking minutes (MOMs) and conducting report analysis.
- Monitor and maintain progress updates on business plans for factories and departments on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Ensure all records and filing systems related to various departments and factories are accurately maintained at all times.
- Assist in managing department-specific documents and preparing summaries for timely management approval.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among Division Heads, Directors, and Management.
- Coordinate with departmental teams for task execution, evaluation, and follow-up.
- Manage staff announcements and briefing processes on behalf of the management, ensuring readiness for all engagements.
- Organize meetings and ensure the manager is well-prepared with supporting documents, details, and presentations.
- Draft departmental MOUs, SOPs, and policies as needed.
- Maintain records, create summaries, and update task statuses for management review.
- Compile and circulate KPI/PUI reports to relevant divisions promptly.
- Update the General Manager's office agendas on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Provide facilitation to team members for various departmental tasks.
- Organize weekly HODs/Managers meetings and review progress reports with management.
- Consult with management on performance, organizational, and leadership matters and conduct assessments to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.
- Keep the Key Tasks Management System (KTMS) and investment project statuses updated for management review and KPI evaluation.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
Qualification: Graduate prferably MBA
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
