Location: Hotel Mehran, Karachi.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, manage, and supervise all maintenance and repair activities within the hotel, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and other facilities.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or projects.

- Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and budgets.

- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Maintenance Manager or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

- Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.).

Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
