Description:
ICAP is seeking an experienced LMS Administrator to oversee the comprehensive management of their Learning Management System (LMS). This role ensures that digital learning resources are organized, updated, and comply with organizational standards. The administrator will manage LMS-related projects, troubleshoot system issues, and lead a team of specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the comprehensive management of ICAP’s LMS, ensuring seamless operation and accessibility.
Ensure digital learning resources are organized, updated, and comply with user policies and security regulations.
Track system performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with vendors for maintenance and enhancements.
Lead and manage LMS-related projects, including upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of LMS administrators and digital learning specialists.
Train staff on LMS functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting.
Monitor LMS usage and assess its effectiveness, providing detailed reports to senior management.
Required Education, Experience & Skills:
Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or Project Management from an HEC-recognized university/institute.
3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in LMS administration, digital learning solutions, and project management.
Proficiency in LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas) and content management.
Strong leadership and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, API integration.
Familiarity with data protection regulations, Adobe Creative Suite, and e-learning content tools.
Experience with AI applications in digital learning is a plus.
