As a Team member, you will be at the heart of our operations, coordinating and dispatching vehicles to meet the dynamic needs of our clients. Your role is critical in ensuring that our fleet operates smoothly, drivers are supported, and clients are satisfied with their transportation experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and dispatch limousine and taxi vehicles promptly and efficiently, ensuring timely service to our clients.
- Act as the primary point of communication between drivers and clients, providing clear instructions, directions, and assistance as needed.
- Monitor and track the location of vehicles, managing the logistics to optimize fleet utilization and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of dispatch calls, driver routes, and customer interactions to ensure accuracy and quality service.
- Handle customer inquiries and reservations, providing exceptional service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Resolve any service issues or complaints, acting swiftly to provide solutions and maintain the company's reputation for quality.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications:
- Experience in dispatching, particularly in the limousine or taxi service industry, is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with GPS and dispatch software is essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in transportation or logistics is beneficial.
