We are seeking a skilled Negotiation Officer to join our team specializing in Medical Billing Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for negotiating payment terms, resolving billing disputes, and ensuring optimal reimbursement from insurance companies and patients. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of medical billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Negotiate claims settlements with insurance companies and

third-party payers. Review denied claims and pursue appeals to maximize reimbursement.

Collaborate with billing departments to resolve payment discrepancies.

Communicate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve issues.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines in medical billing.

Maintain accurate records of negotiations and settlements.

Analyze trends in claim denials and work proactively to reduce issues.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in medical billing or healthcare industry. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Familiarity with insurance guidelines, CPT, ICD-10 coding,

and medical terminology. Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging

situations. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
