We are seeking an experienced and passionate Entrepreneurship Lecturer to join our esteemed academic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in entrepreneurship, innovation, and business development, with a focus on imparting practical knowledge to students aspiring to become successful entrepreneurs. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively teach, mentor, and inspire the next generation of business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging course content on entrepreneurship, business planning, innovation, and startup management.
- Teach students essential entrepreneurial skills, including opportunity identification, business model development, and financial management.
- Mentor and guide students through practical projects, fostering entrepreneurial thinking and problem-solving.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in entrepreneurship, startups, and business ecosystems.
- Collaborate with faculty and industry partners to enhance the curriculum and ensure its relevance to current industry needs.
- Organize and participate in entrepreneurship-focused events, workshops, and student competitions.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in entrepreneurship, business development, or startup management.
- Strong knowledge of business strategy, finance, marketing, and operations.
- Proven experience in successfully launching or managing a business is highly desirable.
- Previous teaching or mentoring experience is an advantage.
- A track record of research, publications, or involvement in entrepreneurship-related initiatives is a plus.
