Responsibilities:
- Contribute to improvement of development plans, execute the programs, and identify areas of improvements in existing models; Implements changes to overcome inefficiencies or irregularities in learning programs.
- Adapt to different approach for training, liaise with both internal and external trainers for specialized training.
- Execute the LNA needs based on the provided framework Framework/template to assess the individual and departmental training needs, incorporating recommendation data from respective BA’s and Corporate Functions’.
- Develop a quarterly calendar based on the LNA output.
- Compile, consolidate and maintain Training data of employees.
- Maintain Training content of both internal and external trainers.
- Execute the Development of revised Trainee program, for both Technical and Management Trainees.
- Support Campus hiring drives, in collaboration with Business Leaders.

Qualification: Masters in HR, BE (preferable)
