Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Research and Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads through thorough research and analysis
  • Multi-Channel Lead Generation: Utilize various channels to generate leads, including:
  • Outbound calls/emails to USA clients
  • Strategic social media engagement (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Exploration of innovative lead generation channels
  • Lead Pipeline Management: Effectively manage and maintain a robust lead pipeline using cutting-edge tools and technology
  • Targeted Lead Nurturing: Initiate personalized outreach efforts to qualified leads, fostering meaningful connections
  • Sales Team Collaboration: Work in tandem with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handovers, drive conversions, and exceed sales targets

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in lead generation or sales, preferably in software/digital marketing.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and lead management tools preferred.
