Lead Recruiter

 

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Recruiter. The Lead Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, negotiating job offers, and building relationships with candidates. The Lead Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining and updating recruitment databases and maintaining a strong employer brand.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Full-cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers.
  • Strategic Planning: Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and contribute to workforce planning.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, networking, and industry events.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and enhancement of Savvital's employer brand, ensuring it aligns with our values and attracts top talent.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and metrics to track and analyze recruitment effectiveness, providing insights to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
  • Onboarding: Work closely with HR to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, providing an exceptional onboarding experience.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
  • Proven track record in screening resumes and conducting interviews
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and maintain a strong employer brand
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience in a lead recruitment role is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
