Description:
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or telemarketing within the real estate industry.
Demonstrated persistence in meeting objectives and a proactive approach to taking initiatives.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Proven track record in business development and convincing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts.
RESPONSIBILITIES.
Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including inbound inquiries, outbound calls, and referrals.
Conduct thorough research to understand potential clients' needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.
Engage with prospective clients to assess their interest level, qualify their requirements, and determine their readiness to engage in real estate transactions.
Educate leads on available properties, features, and benefits, ensuring alignment with their preferences and budget.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies and campaigns.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and status updates in the CRM system.
Provide regular reports and updates on lead qualification metrics and conversion rates to management.
