Lead Hseq

Description:

Gerry’s dnata is looking for a Lead HSEQ to ensure the development and implementation of Safety & Quality Management Systems at its Lahore and LYP stations. The ideal candidate should have a proactive approach to safety culture and strong leadership in HSEQ compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Develop station-specific strategies for Safety & Quality Management Systems
✔ Lead safety initiatives including Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) and Safety Leadership Observation Programs
✔ Oversee the implementation of SMS and QMS tools at designated stations
✔ Monitor compliance in areas like on-time investigation, role mapping, STOP observation closures, and incident actions
✔ Compile performance data related to Risk Assessment, TCC, ER drills, and Monthly Safety Reports
✔ Stay updated on IATA regulations and participate in industry consultations
✔ Ensure review and updates of safety documents, including Emergency Contact details and Evacuation Maps
✔ Conduct monthly HSE meetings and track action items
✔ Investigate incidents and ensure compliance at respective stations

Job Requirements:

✅ Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering/Science with NEBOSH & ISO certification
✅ Experience: 6-7 years in HSEQ, safety compliance, and audits
✅ Skills:

• Knowledge of NEBOSH, SMS, OHSAS, QMS, Auditing, Investigations, and Inspections
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, MS Project)
