Description:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Lead Generation Specialist to drive real estate sales by identifying and engaging potential buyers, sellers, and investors. The role requires expertise in lead sourcing, cold calling, digital marketing, and CRM management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Sourcing & Prospecting: Identify potential real estate buyers, sellers, and investors through online research, cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
Database Management: Maintain and update CRM databases with accurate client information.
Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to develop lead generation campaigns, landing pages, and ad strategies.
Social Media & Online Marketing: Utilize Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google Ads to attract and engage potential clients.
Cold Calling & Email Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Networking & Events: Attend real estate networking events, webinars, and local meetups to expand lead generation efforts.
Performance Tracking: Analyze lead conversion rates and campaign effectiveness, providing insights for optimization.

Requirements:

Proven experience in lead generation and sales.

✔ Experience in CRM tools and database management.
✔ Proficiency in social media marketing and digital advertising.
✔ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
✔ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
