Lead Generation Specialist

Description:

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our in-house team and drive high-quality leads for our real estate, interior design, construction consulting, and architectural consulting services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting outreach, and setting up meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Lead Generation & Outreach:
✔ Identify potential clients in real estate, interior design, construction, and architecture sectors.
✔ Generate leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, cold calling, and online networking.
✔ Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to engage potential clients.
✔ Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, and other lead generation tools.

📊 Database & CRM Management:
✔ Build and maintain a lead database with accurate contact details.
✔ Track and update leads in CRM software (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
✔ Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to drive conversions.

📢 Marketing & Campaigns:
✔ Work with the marketing team to optimize email campaigns, LinkedIn ads, and lead magnets.
✔ Conduct A/B testing to improve engagement and conversion rates.
✔ Analyze lead generation performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

Requirements:

✔ 1-3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, sales, or business development.
✔ Proven experience with LinkedIn lead generation, email marketing, and cold outreach.
✔ Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and achieve lead generation targets.
✔ Strong research skills to identify new business opportunities.
