Lead Generation Specialist

 

Description:

As a Sales Representative / Lead Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales, meeting targets, and providing exceptional service. You will be part of a high-energy team that values performance, collaboration, and growth.

 

Key Responsibilities :

- Engage with potential clients to drive lead generation and meet daily and monthly sales targets.

- Maintain high-quality client interactions, addressing questions and delivering clear, accurate information.

- Support the Manager in executing the ACA & FE campaigns with precision.

- Continuously improve sales techniques and keep up to date with campaign information to optimize performance.

- Provide input on best practices to help optimize productivity and overall campaign success.

- Prepare and submit regular performance reports.

- Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive and goal-oriented environment.

 

Qualifications :

- Experience: Ideally 2 year in a sales role, ideally within a call center, BPO, or tech company environment but freshers are encouraged to apply too.

- Skills:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a results-driven mindset.

- Strong persuasion skills and a customer-focused approach.

- Familiarity with ACA & FE campaigns is preferred.

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and Excel.

- Relevant experience is highly preferred.
