Lead Generation Specialist

What You'll Do:

· Conduct thorough research and analysis of the various platforms to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential business opportunities.

· Proactively identify potential leads using different techniques and tools on to generate new business opportunities.

· Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of pre-qualified potential customers, ensuring consistent revenue growth. Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial analysis reports.

· Gather useful information for the sales team and competitor data through required platforms. Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline.

· Drive the end-to-end sales process along with business operations collaboration.

Conduct research to identify potential leads and target markets.

· Use various tools and platforms to gather data and insights for lead generation activities. Assist in qualifying leads based on defined criteria and segmentation.

· Utilize lead scoring techniques to prioritize and categorize leads for the sales pipeline. Support outreach campaigns through emails and social media to engage with prospects.

· Maintain accurate and updated lead databases within the CRM system. Track and report on lead generation activities, including conversion rates and key metrics.

· Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation strategies with overall business objectives. Provide feedback and insights on lead quality and effectiveness of strategies.

 

What We're Looking For:

· Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology or a related field.

· Proven experience in research & business development aligned with lead generation and 2-3 years of experience.

· Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of software development, IT services, or related industries is a plus.

· The ideal candidate must have great networking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have basic knowledge of software development and trending technologies.

· Strong expertise in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar platforms to conjure up a direct pathway for the sales team by profound filter use.
