Description:
We're currently in search of a proactive Lead Generator to join our esteemed team at Zai Systems (SMC-PVT) LTD. As a crucial member of our business development efforts, you'll play a key role in identifying and nurturing potential leads that align with our business objectives. This remote-based position offers a commission-based compensation structure, with salary initiation following the probationary period, dependent upon performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and new business opportunities.
• Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking.
• Qualify leads to ensure alignment with company offerings and target demographics.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and progress in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
• Provide regular reports and insights on lead generation activities and outcomes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in lead generation or sales, preferably within the technology industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools is a plus.
