Description:
The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities to drive the growth of the company. This role involves researching and identifying potential leads, initiating contact through various channels, and collaborating with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
You are required to work with a team of 3 sales executive and 1 sales lead/manager.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and target markets.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and acquire new clients.
- Utilize various tools and platforms to gather and analyze lead data.
- Initiate contact with potential leads through email, phone calls, social media, and other communication channels.
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and decision-making processes.
- Maintain and update the lead database with accurate and detailed information.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective outreach and follow-up strategies.
- Track and report on lead generation metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
- Attend industry events, webinars, and networking activities to expand the company's reach and build relationships with potential clients.
