Lead Generation Specialist

 

Description:

Responsibilities:

· Conduct thorough LinkedIn research to pinpoint potential companies as prospects for our product.

· Efficiently manage and meticulously maintain lead records.

· Identify potential customers and decision-makers for Joblogic software.

· Compile and refine leads for the Tele sales and marketing teams to enhance sales and marketing strategies.

· Perform precise data administration tasks to ensure accurate entries and maintenance of customer’s and lead’s data.

· Utilize Excel proficiently for in-depth data analysis, robust report generation, and effective record management.

· Continuously update and cleanse lead databases to optimize data quality.

· Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with strategic goals.

· Implement data-driven strategies to improve lead conversion rates and sales efficiency

 

Essential Experience and Skills:

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B data research and administrative tasks within a SaaS-based organization

· Proficient in research tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Endole etc

· Quick learner with the ability to stay updated on software platforms.

· Strong analytical and data management skills.

· Goal-oriented, problem-solver, able to work under pressure.

· Experience with international projects/campaigns, especially in the UK and Ireland.

· Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver high-quality work promptly.

· Self-management skills, flexible to work within UK time zone.

· Willingness to work rotational shifts as needed.

· Proficient in Excel for data analysis and report generation.
