You will be responsible for initiating contact, nurturing relationships, and gathering essential information to connect our services with the right individuals. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Researching and identifying potential clients and candidates through various online platforms, databases, and industry-specific sources.
• Initiating outbound communication via phone, email, and other channels to introduce our services and establish interest.
• Qualifying leads by conducting in-depth conversations to understand their needs, requirements, and suitability for our services.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborating closely with the sales and recruitment teams to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
• Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Prior experience in lead generation, sales, or customer relations is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone and through written communication.
• Excellent research skills to identify potential leads from various sources.
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
