Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation Strategy: Design and execute high-impact cold outbound email campaigns to generate qualified leads for diverse industries.
  • Tool Mastery: Utilize advanced lead generation tools like Clay, Apollo.io, Lemlist, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting, list building, and enrichment.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including list building, email copywriting, personalization, and multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls).
  • Email Deliverability: Optimize email infrastructure and deliverability using tools like Maildoso, Instantly.ai, and Zapmail.ai.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, response rates, conversions) and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • AI & Automation: Leverage AI tools (e.g., Twain, Lemlist) for copywriting, personalization, and workflow automation.
  • CRM Management: Manage and update lead databases using CRM tools like HubSpot or Instantly.ai.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals and ensure seamless lead handoff.
  • Client Acquisition: Play a key role in acquiring new clients, with the opportunity to earn commission based on the revenue generated from specific clients.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in cold outbound email campaigns, lead generation, and multi-channel outreach.
  • Expertise in using tools like Clay, Apollo.io, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot.
  • Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices and tools (e.g., Maildoso, Instantly.ai).
  • Proven ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize for results.
  • Experience with AI copywriting, personalization, and automation workflows.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Must be comfortable working in North American time zones as part of an international team.
