Description:
We’re seeking a lead generation manager who will be focused on executing different types of data-led business processes across different departments and functions which will contribute to the growth of the business. You will be working on a wide variety of projects across different functions, and will be an integral part of the team.
Responsibilities Include
- Work on different business processes as assigned to you by your reporting manager.
- Work on reporting and goal management projects assigned to you by your reporting manager in the frequency specified.
- Maintain a high level of communication on all all projects assigned to you.
- Present reports and analysis of progress on goals to your reporting manager and project leaders in the frequency specified, in written as well as verbal format.
- Identify blockers in the projects assigned to you, and work in collaboration with your reporting manager and project leaders to manage them.
- Ensure you meet your daily, weekly, and monthly goals as defined by your reporting manager.
The Ideal Candidate
- Is comfortable working at least 50% of their time in the US Pacific time zone.
- Has very strong communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Has strong computer skills and proficiency in Google Docs (spreadsheets, documents, and presentations).
- Has a leadership mindset with an emphasis on ownership - you’re a self-starter and a quick learner.
- Can work in a team environment across hierarchy and functions to meet assigned goals.
- Loves working in a fast-paced rapidly evolving start-up environment - with a focus on problem-solving and new challenges.
- Is comfortable managing multiple projects - strong project management skills and organization.
Education & Experience
- Open to freshers.
- Any educational background is accepted, but a bachelor's degree would be ideal.
