Description:

We are seeking an experienced B2B Account Executive to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires an individual who is comfortable with cold calling and has experience in selling software services.

Responsibilities:

● Identify and develop new business opportunities primarily through cold calling, while employing account-based emails and related sales techniques.

● Identify the decision makers within targeted leads to begin cold outreaches.

● Maintain and expand the company’s database of hot prospects eventually converting them into sales.

● Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via phone and email to cross-sell and up-sell.

● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

● Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.

● Work with the technical team to understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies.

● Provide regular reports on sales activities and results.

Requirements:

● Experience as an Account Executive B2B, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Software, or any related field.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Comfortable with cold calling and reaching out to potential clients in European, Middle Eastern, and North American markets.

● Strong negotiation and closing skills.

● Good understanding of software services. Prior experience in the IT industry will be a plus.

● Prior experience working with any CRM software like HubSpot, Salesforce, Bitrix24, Close CRM, etc.
