Lead Generation Executive

 

Description:

We're seeking an In-house Lead Generation Executive (based in Karachi) with extensive experience in planning, executing, and optimizing cold email marketing and lead gen campaigns to drive engagement, responses, and sales.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional spoken and written English skills.
  • Proven track record in managing and scaling successful cold email marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise in using advanced email marketing software and tools (e.g., Instantly, Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
  • Deep understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, list management, and compliance with regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Able to generate leads using social media and other platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting complex data to make strategic decisions.
  • Able to test different email copies, strategies, audiences, and offers efficiently.
  • Eager to lead and mentor junior team members. Must be a team player.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Strategy: Plan and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies that align with business goals.

2. Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging email content, including compelling subject lines, body text, CTAs, and other sales assets.

3. List Management: Strategically manage and segment email lists to enhance personalization and targeting.

4. Automation: Develop and optimize complex automated email workflows to improve customer journey and lifecycle marketing.

5. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

6. A/B Testing: Lead extensive A/B testing initiatives to refine email components and maximize campaign effectiveness.

7. Deliverability: Ensure optimal email deliverability and resolve any issues related to spam filters or bounces.

8. Stay Updated: Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge.

9. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and sales, to
