We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Generation Specialist & Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and closing deals. This role requires fluency in English, a strong understanding of the web development process, and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients from diverse backgrounds and regions.

Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold outreach, networking, and lead generation tools.

Conduct research to understand client needs and pain points, and tailor solutions accordingly.

Engage with prospects via email, phone calls, and meetings to showcase our services and capabilities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with the development team to provide accurate project estimates and proposals.

Negotiate contract terms and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.

Requirements:

Proven experience in lead generation and sales, preferably in the software industry.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.

Strong understanding of web development processes and technologies.

Ability to grasp technical concepts and articulate them effectively to non-technical audiences.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
