Description:

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll support our business development team by finding, approaching, and nurturing leads through cold emails and LinkedIn. We provide training.

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead Identification: Research and identify potential leads in international markets.

· LinkedIn Outreach: Implement strategies to connect with potential clients.

· Cold Email Campaigns: Craft and optimise email campaigns.

· Meeting Coordination: Arrange meetings or demos for qualified leads.

· CRM Management: Update lead information and interactions in our CRM.

· Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed engagement and meeting goals.

· Trend Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends to improve outreach.

 

What We’re Looking For:

· A proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong desire to learn.

· Strong interest in lead generation, sales and marketing.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

· A willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and tools.

· Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

· Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of experience.
