Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated "Lead Full Stack Engineer" with more than 6 years experience and proven leadership qualities to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AzureSQL, C# .NET Core, Angular, and Azure cloud services. Additionally, experience with Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop flows) and basic infrastructure knowledge (VMs, RDP, FTP, etc.) will be a significant advantage.
As a key member of our team, you will not only contribute to the development and maintenance of our applications but also lead and mentor junior developers, drive technical decisions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Full Stack Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure web applications using C# .NET Core for backend and Angular for frontend.
- Work with AzureSQL for database design, optimization, and management.
- Develop and integrate Power Automate Cloud and Desktop flows to automate business processes.
Cloud and Infrastructure:
- Utilize Azure services for application deployment, monitoring, and scaling.
- Manage and troubleshoot Virtual Machines (VMs), Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP), and FTP servers.
- Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of cloud-based applications.
Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and code reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Drive technical decision-making and ensure best practices in software development.
Process Automation:
- Identify opportunities for automation using Power Automate and other tools.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows to improve operational efficiency.
Problem Solving and Innovation:
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and propose innovative solutions to improve the product and development process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- Strong experience with C# .NET Core and Angular.
- Proficiency in AzureSQL and database management.
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, Storage, etc.).
- Knowledge of Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop flows).
- Familiarity with VMs, RDP, FTP, and basic infrastructure management.
Leadership Skills:
- Proven experience leading development teams or projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with other Azure services like Azure DevOps, Entra ID etc.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and front-end best practices.
