Lead Full Stack Developer

Description:

We are seeking a Senior/Lead Full Stack Developer to join our team at Cykube in Karachi, with flexibility for some remote work. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications, managing software development projects, and leading a team of developers. You will also be involved in collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions. This is a full-time hybrid role, with the option of working from home as needed.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5years of experience
• Strong experience in Full-Stack Development including web application development (React, Angular, Vue.js), backend development (Java, Python, Node.js), database design (MySQL, MongoDB), and cloud computing (AWS, Azure).
• Strong technical and leadership skills with experience in managing software development projects, leading teams of developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with agile development methodologies, software development life cycle, and project management tools such as JIRA and Trello.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
