Qualifications:

• AI and Machine Learning:

• At least 7 to 8 years of hands-on experience in AI and Machine Learning.
• Specialization in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Speech Processing is highly desirable.

• Software Development Skills:

• 6 to 8 years of experience in writing Production-grade Software Applications.
• Strong Programming skills and familiarity with software development best practices and methodologies.

• Educational Background:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI engineering teams, ensuring best practices, code quality, and adherence to architectural principles.

2. Lead the design and development of AI-powered solutions, focusing on NLP, Conversational AI, and Speech processing.

3. Develop and implement advanced algorithms & pipelines for speech recognition, natural language domain, and vision pipelines.

4. Train and fine-tune deep learning models for speech and language tasks, utilizing large datasets and state-of-the-art techniques.

5. Design and build conversational agents, chatbots, and virtual assistants that provide natural and engaging user experiences.

6. Gather, clean, preprocess, and annotate data for training and evaluation of AI models.

7. Evaluate model performance, conduct model optimization, and fine-tune hyperparameters to achieve desired results.

8. Collaborate with software development teams to integrate AI models into production systems and applications.

9. Mentor and develop AI engineers, providing technical guidance and knowledge sharing within the team.

10. Participate in technical discussions, architectural decisions, and cross-team collaborations to drive AI excellence across the organization.
