We are seeking a motivated and talented **Laravel Developer** with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in PHP, object-oriented programming (OOP), and hands-on experience with the Laravel framework. You will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining web applications, ensuring high-performance and responsive designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain web applications using the **Laravel** framework.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
- Utilize **Git** for version control and collaborate on Git repositories.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications.
- Participate in team meetings, providing input and feedback on development progress.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
- 1-2 years of professional experience in **PHP** and web development.
- Strong proficiency with **Laravel** and **CodeIgniter** frameworks.
- Solid understanding of **Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)** concepts.
- Experience with **Git** for version control.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Good understanding of database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
